1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how ePhillipe ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the KegelCore mobile application ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

By downloading, installing, or using KegelCore, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

KegelCore is designed with a privacy-first architecture. The App:

• Does not collect personal information. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, or any other personally identifiable information.
• Does not require user accounts. There is no registration, login, or authentication process.
• Does not use analytics or tracking. We do not integrate analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or behavioral monitoring tools.
• Does not make network calls for exercise functionality. All exercise logic runs entirely on your device without any server communication.
• Does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or other sensitive device features.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

KegelCore stores exercise-related data locally on your device to provide its core functionality. This data includes:

• Exercise session history (dates, durations, and levels completed)
• Current exercise level and progression
• Streak tracking data (current streak, longest streak, total sessions)
• Achievement and milestone records
• User preferences (reminder settings, dark mode preference, haptic feedback preference)

4. Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data. There are no advertising partners, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties that receive information from or through the App.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Your data exists only on your device for as long as the App is installed.
• Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all data created by KegelCore.
• We cannot recover your data after deletion because we never had access to it.

You may also clear the App's data through your device's operating system settings at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

KegelCore is rated 12+ and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Since the App does not collect any personal data from any user, there is no risk of inadvertent collection of children's data.

7. Third-Party Services

KegelCore integrates the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat (subscription management): RevenueCat processes payment-related data in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or Google; we do not directly collect or store payment card information. RevenueCat's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
• Expo Updates (over-the-air updates): The App checks for updates via Expo's update service. This involves a network request that may transmit your device's runtime version and platform. No personal data is transmitted. Expo's privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy.
• Local Notifications: The App uses on-device notification scheduling for exercise reminders. No device tokens are sent to external servers; all notification scheduling is handled locally on your device.

8. Security

Although we do not collect or transmit data, we take reasonable measures to ensure that data stored locally on your device is handled securely within the App. On-device storage is protected by your device's operating system security features, including device encryption and app sandboxing.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and the right to opt out of data processing. Because KegelCore does not collect, store, or process any personal data on our servers, these rights are effectively self-exercised:

• You can view your data within the App at any time.
• You can delete all your data by uninstalling the App or clearing its data in your device settings.
• There is no data on our servers to request access to or deletion of.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy regulations, please note that our privacy-first design means there is no personal data processing to which such regulations would apply.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Platform-Specific Disclosures

Apple App Store (iOS)

In accordance with Apple's App Store guidelines and App Tracking Transparency framework:

• KegelCore does not track users across other companies' apps or websites.
• KegelCore's App Privacy nutrition label reflects: Data Not Collected.

Google Play Store (Android)

In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety section requirements:

• Data collected: None
• Data shared: None
• Security practices: Data is stored locally and protected by device-level encryption
• Data deletion: Uninstalling the App removes all associated data
